Since we live in a world where good customer service is so difficult to find, I think it is highly important to share with an employer when an employee has made someone's day. This morning I had the great fortune of finding your volleyball website and then speaking to Stacy in your store over the phone. I was in need of getting a gift for each of my volleyball players and assistant coaches and had a very short amount of time to work with.

Stacy was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Not only did she provide me the information I needed, she made me feel as though my order is as important to her as it is to me. How refreshing! I had already talked to a couple of other companies this morning trying to locate the item and find a price/shipping I could afford, but none of the other volleyball places seemed to be very interested in providing me with complete information or options. Stacy went the extra mile and offered to find a solution in light of the fact that your in store inventory could not fill my order. Understand, she did not direct me to another place. She made the effort to find what I needed and saved me the time and trouble of trying to find what I needed on my own.

Your business should thrive with this kind of customer service. I will use you again in the future and I will gladly tell others to do so as well. I don't know if you do anything for employee recognition and I don't know what Stacy's position is with the company. Perhaps she is the one in charge and is setting a great example in leadership. Whatever her position with your company, she is to be commended and applauded for doing an excellent job!

Our uniforms and equipment always arrive on time, and it is always exactly what we ordered. The thing I appreciate most is how accessible Kyle is. I am always able to speak directly with him and get the answers I need. Coaching is stressful enough without having to worry whether or not your supplier will do their job. REALVOLLEYBALL.com Website is my best volleyball site and it's the cheapest. I live in New Zealand but I have been ordering my volleyball equipment from REALVOLLEYBALL.com through this website for nearly 6 years. It is easy to follow and to find what you are looking for. I especially like the updated volleyball shoes and the volleyballs. I wish they could ship internationally, as I now must have my orders delivered to family houses in America and then get somebody to bring the items here to NZ. Thank you!
